Refund & Returns Policy ♡

 

We want you to absolutely love your Bella Rose pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Proof of purchase is required

Restocking Fee
• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank/provider to process the refund

Exchanges
• We currently offer exchanges for faulty items or size changes (subject to stock availability)

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Earrings (unless faulty)

Faulty or Damaged Items
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
• We’ll happily offer a replacement or full refund (no restocking fee)

Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
